In addition to having experience as a transactional & commercial real estate attorney, you demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills, with strong written & verbal communication skills because let's face it- what attorney doesn't, right?

With your J.D degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active, good standing member of the Texas Bar, you're proud of your accomplishments. You are skilled yet willing to learn.

Here's an idea of what you'll do:

You will draft leases, purchase & sale agreements, letters of intent, deeds, etc for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Coordinate & direct the review, management and preparation of commercial leasing and acquisition documentation. Review purchase & sale agreements, due diligence, monitor contingencies, review & prepare title objections, survey & environmental reviews, ALTA surveys, title policies, closing documents and monitor agreements with developers. You will provide assistance to senior level attorneys, paralegals & staff members, review and of course, effectively organize and maintain case and client files.

Here's the type of skills you possess:

You've performed commercial & transactional duties as an attorney for at least 2 years. Supporting senior level attorneys, paralegals and staff members is no stranger to you. You understand what it takes to meet strict deadlines under significant time pressure and problem solve, resolve, and close open issues. With you being experienced, you understand how to balance competing priorities and you enjoy interacting with people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
