This is a full-time, hourly paid position.

Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to perform a written assessment.


Duties:

  • Utilize software to update and extract information
  • Gather and review necessary client documents
  • Effectively prepare and complete applications and petitions under attorney supervision
  • Manage caseload and conduct research
  • Respond to inquiries from current clients
  • Communicate effectively and timely with corporate clients, beneficiaries, staff, and/or government agencies as directed by attorney.

  • Effectively manage and prioritize competing timelines and deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Spanish (speaking, reading and writing) preferred
  • Business and employment-based immigration paralegal/legal assistant experience required (2+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree


Software:
Microsoft Word, Excel Intermediate knowledge required Microsoft 365 suite

INSZoom Enterprise version experience preferred

Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
