Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock, P.C. seeks an attorney with 3-8 years of litigation experience.

The candidate will work with Michael Cowen on a docket of 20-25 trucking and commercial vehicle crash cases. You will work with a team to develop the cases and prepare them for trial. Job duties include sending and answering discovery, taking and defending depositions, handling mediations and client contacts, and trying cases along with Michael Cowen or one of the firm’s other senior lawyers.

We invest in the development of our lawyers. The firm conducts weekly training for all attorneys. We also work with some of the top trial consultants in the country to hone both our trial presentation and case strategy skills. The firm pays to send our lawyers to the best continuing legal education courses.
