We are looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to serve on a litigation team at George Salinas Injury Lawyers. This position involves providing assistance during all phases of the litigation process for our personal injury cases including drafting documents in litigation (pleadings, discovery, deposition notices, motions, etc), filing, drafting discovery responses, communications with all necessary parties (clients, opposing counsel, court) calendaring deadlines and litigation settings, filing documents with the Court, setting hearings and trials, and trial support.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience as a litigation paralegal;
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficient knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a paperless environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $61,926.00 per year
